- Cancellations will be applicable only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. In the case of same-day delivery, the request must be made within one hour of placing the order.
- The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched to be delivered.
- No cancellation requests can be placed in cases of Super Express & Express Delivery.
- No cancellation requests will be entertained for products that the marketing team has curated for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, Christmas, etc. as these are limited occasion offers.
- Refund will be settled within 30 working days after the cancellation request has been initiated by the customer, after at least 90% of the product has been returned to us.
